#health : How* *an* *erection* *occurs*
An erection is the result of increased blood flow into your penis. Sexual thoughts or direct contact with your penis usually stimulate this blood flow.🏥
When a person with a penis is sexually excited, a muscle within the blood vessels in the penis relaxes. This allows for increased blood flow through the penile arteries, filling two chambers inside the penis.
As the chambers fill with blood, the penis grows rigid. Penile veins will constrict to help keep blood in the penis and maintain the erection.
An erection ends when the muscles in the blood vessels constrict and the accumulated blood can flow out through the penile veins.
🛑 What is Erectile Dysfunction?
Erectile dysfunction (ED) is the inability to get or keep an erection firm enough to have sexual intercourse. It’s sometimes referred to as “impotence,” but this term is now used less often.
ED can occur because of problems at any stage of the erection process, and it can be occasional or frequent:
👉Occasional ED isn’t uncommon. Many people experience it during times of stress or as the result of a recent nutritional or lifestyle change.
👉Frequent ED, however, can be a sign of health problems that need treatment. It can also be a symptom of emotional or relationship difficulties that you may want to address with a professional.
Erectile dysfunction causes
There are many possible causes of ED, and they can include both emotional and physical conditions.
Common physical causes include:
👉cardiovascular disease
👉Diabetes
👉hypertension, or high blood pressure
👉high cholesterol
👉hypothyroidism
👉obesity
👉low testosterone levels or other hormone imbalances
👉kidney disease
👉increased age
relationship problems
👉certain prescription medications, such as those used to treat high blood pressure or depression
👉sleep disorders
drug use
👉consuming too much alcohol
👉liver cirrhosis
👉epilepsy
👉using tobacco products
👉Parkinson’s disease
👉multiple sclerosis

How to grow sugarcane
1. Choose a suitable location: Sugarcane grows best in tropical and subtropical climates with plenty of sunlight and well-drained soil. Select a location that receives full sun and has fertile, loamy soil.
2. Prepare the soil: Before planting sugarcane, prepare the soil by tilling it to a depth of at least 12 inches and removing any weeds or debris. Add organic matter, such as compost or manure, to improve soil fertility.
3. Planting: Sugarcane is typically propagated from cuttings called "setts." Cut the sugarcane stalks into 2-3 inch long setts with at least one bud on each piece. Plant the setts in furrows or trenches, spacing them about 18-24 inches apart and covering them with soil.
4. Watering: Sugarcane requires regular watering to thrive. Keep the soil consistently moist, but not waterlogged. Irrigate the plants deeply once or twice a week, depending on the weather conditions.
5. Fertilizing: Apply a balanced fertilizer, such as a 10-10-10 NPK fertilizer, to the sugarcane plants every 4-6 weeks during the growing season. This will provide the necessary nutrients for healthy growth and development.
6. Weed control: Keep the area around the sugarcane plants free of weeds, as they can compete for nutrients and water. Use mulch or hand-weeding to control weeds and maintain a clean growing environment.
7. Harvesting: Sugarcane is typically ready for harvest 12-18 months after planting, depending on the variety and growing conditions. Harvest the sugarcane by cutting the stalks at ground level with a sharp knife or machete. The harvested stalks can be juiced or processed into sugar.
8. Pruning: After harvesting, prune the sugarcane plants by cutting back the foliage to about 6 inches above the ground. This will encourage new growth and improve the overall health of the plants.
By following these steps, you can successfully grow sugarcane and enjoy a bountiful harvest of this sweet and versatile crop.

“Even The GRAMMY AWARDS We So Much Value Is Also A Local Award To The Americans, So Let's Respect Our TGMA Too” ~ Stonebwoy
👇
Stonebwoy, the reigning Artist Of The Year at the just-ended TGMA, during a conversation with Berla Mundi, admonished Africans, narrowly Ghanaians, to treat their local awards with the same respect they treat GRAMMY AWARDS and other Foreign schemes.
According to him, despite the grand exposure those schemes seem to have garnered, they're equally seen as local to the citizens of the countries they operate.
Citing the GRAMMYS that everyone reveres as an example, he said it is equally a local scheme to Americans just as TGMA is to Ghanaians.
He disclosed that even though he wasn't in good health during the night of the awards, he had to muster perseverance to be present due to the value he attaches to Ghanaian schemes.
"If we don't value them, who else will do", he concluded.

Do you stick to your boyfriend, despite the rough times in their lives ?
Jean Lobe Lobe and Nat Disa are an exemplary couple who have been resilient and committed towards achieving their goals together.
Jean Lobe Lobe is the founder of Waspito, Africa's biggest health app that has received over $3 million of seed funding. He also owns Heptic Records.
His dreams were achieved thanks to his supportive partner who has stood by him unwaveringly for over two decades.
Jean Lobe Lobe has been passionate about music since childhood. He was renowned in Kumba for his stunning break dance moves and his unswerving love for rap music.
His wife Nat Disa stood by him unswervingly, despite the negative impression people had about rappers in the 2000s. She knew he was career-oriented and focused.
Even when life threw curve balls, she believed in his dreams.

Today, Jean Lobe Lobe has constructed a multimillion mansion in Bonamoussadi, which was opened as he turned 40.
He is proud to celebrate this moment with his wife, family and friends.

Soup "Nkui et Couscous Maïs, Légumes" - Cameroon Recipe 😋😍
"Nkui" soup is a traditional Bamileke recipe (from West region Cameroon) prepared on the occasion of the birth of child and served to the mother. She must consume it for at most 30 days and another family members can also eat. This dish is therefore precious for the traditions of the Bamileke community (Western Cameroon).
The "Nkui" soup can be eaten with yellow or white corn fufu. The food is eaten with the hands. 😋
TODAY, most families find it difficult to respect this tradition due to the high cost of living in our society. Commodities are too expensive in our markets with people earning very very low monthly incomes. Thus, causing unhealthy living for breastfeeding mothers. 😥
.....HAVE YOU EVER EATEN "NKUI" ??
.... ARE YOU FROM THE WEST REGION 🇨🇲??
... ARE YOU MARRIED TO A WEST WOMEN??
.. WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE 🇨🇲 RECIPE????

#DidYouKnow that Yvonne Darlene Cagle has been the only African American female astronaut who served in the military?
Cagle was born on April 24, 1959, in West Point, New York. On July 20, 1969, she watched with her family as Neil Armstrong walked on the moon. This inspired her to leave her footprints on the moon one day. Her family later moved to Novato, California, where she attended Navato High School.
In 1977, she graduated and enrolled in San Francisco State University in San Francisco, California. In 1981, she graduated and was sponsored to attend medical school through the U.S. Air Force’s Health Professions Scholarship Program. In 1985, Cagle received her Doctorate in medicine and was commissioned as an officer in the Air Force.
In 1988, she became a certified flight surgeon from the School of Aerospace Medicine at Brooks Air Force Base in Texas. She was assigned to the 48th Tactical Hospital in the United Kingdom, where she logged numerous hours in a variety of aircrafts, providing medical support.
In May 1989, Cagle volunteered to serve as the Air Force medical liaison officer for the STS-30 Atlantis shuttle mission test. She provided contributed to ongoing studies on astronaut health and served as a consultant for ******* e telemedicine.
On May 1, 1996, Cagle was selected astronaut candidate. Though she was never selected for any ******* e missions, she designed medical protocols for astronauts in ******* e that are still followed today.
In 2008, #Cagle retired from the Air Force with the rank of Colonel. Though she never achieved her dream of reaching the moon, Cagle is still active with NASA and serves as their lead scientists on the Commercial Reusable Suborbital Research program.

It may be just an ordinary-looking leaf, but a bay leaf is packed with flavour, aroma, health and wellness. It is a herb that can be traced to ancient times. The Bay laurel (Laurus ****** ilis, Lauraceae), similar to the bay leaf, was the main constituent in the wreaths of laurel used for crowning the victorious athletes in ancient Greece. Also known as Sweet Bay or Sweet Laurel, it is one of the most commonly used herbs. Its history dates back to the legends of the Greek god Apollo, the god of prophecy, healing, strength, protection and energy. You can cook the leaves and inhale the steam to get rid of mucus and reduce the severity of the cough. Bay leaf protects against heart attack and stroke, because it contains compounds that protect the heart and blood vessels. It is rich in acids such as caffeic acid, quercetin, eigenol and parthenolide, which are substances that prevent the formation of cancer cells in the body. Eliminates insomnia and stress if taken before bedtime and helps to relax and sleep peacefully. Drinking a cup of boiled bay leaf twice a day dissolves kidney stones and cures infections.
Just as we typically burn incense sticks, bay leaves are also burned in homes and places of worship as a part of spiritual rites and rituals. The bay leaf is believed to contain a multitude of chemicals that are released on burning and are beneficial to the body. Burning a bay leaf has also been found to relieve stress and fatigue. The combination of chemicals, specifically the chemical linalool in the leaves creates smoke that, when inhaled, calms the body and the mind. Patrons also associate bay leaf smoke with more focused meditation. Inhalation of this smoke is also said to boost one’s immune system and treat respiratory issues. It is believed that consuming about 1 to 3 grams of fresh bay leaf regularly, can also help one to effectively deal with Type II diabetes.
Learn how to take away your worries and make your wishes come true with the magical uses of bay leaf. Bay leaf, also known as bay laurel, is a powerful herb that is useful for manifestation, prosperity, protection, cleansing and even psychic development. It is a favorite herb of many as it is easily accessible, has multiple magical uses and is easy to grow inside of your home or garden. Take a bay leaf and write your wishes and desires directly on the leaf. While holding the bay leaf, begin to channel your wants, intentions and wishes into the leaf. Take as much time as you need to focus your energy, feelings and visualizations into the leaf. Feel and visualize receiving what you are asking for and be open to receive it. Once you are finished channeling and feel ready, burn the bay leaf. Watch the smoke of the Bay leaf carry your wishes and intentions out into the universe. Bay leaves are widely known for their power to develop psychic abilities, and most commonly, what’s known as the “clairs”. What this means is that bay leaves can help to heighten your extrasensory abilities, in order to receive psychic messages, communicate with your spiritual team, and connect to the Universe. You can sleep with a bay leaf under your pillow to receive psychic messages in your dreams. This same method also helps with lucid dreaming or astral travel, both of which are difficult techniques but, once mastered, can help to connect you with ancestors!
