Bangoua au cœur du changement durable !
Le 12 septembre 2025, la jeunesse du Hub Local Grand-Ouest du #CIDP s’est donnée rendez-vous au Musée de Bangoua pour une conférence inédite autour du thème : « Jeunesse, One Health et Entrepreneuriat Vert : Catalyseurs d’un Développement Durable ».
De riches interventions, deux panels de haut niveau et des échanges passionnants ont permis de mettre en lumière les liens entre santé, environnement, agriculture et entrepreneuriat vert. La journée s’est conclue par des recommandations fortes pour bâtir un avenir plus résilient :
✅ Agriculture durable : promouvoir les biofertilisants, biopesticides et pratiques agroécologiques au service des agriculteurs locaux.
✅ Leadership des jeunes : renforcer la formation, l’entrepreneuriat vert et la participation citoyenne.
✅ Santé environnementale : intégrer la prévention et améliorer l’accès aux soins dans une approche One Health.
✅ Partenariats : créer des synergies, mobiliser des ressources et partager les savoirs pour accélérer le développement durable.
Cet événement a été rendu possible grâce à une synergie d’acteurs :
Ticket des Jeunes, Care For Environment. Cameroon, Yoheda-Youth for Health and Development of Africa, Ambassade de France au Cameroun, Chefferie traditionnelle de Bangoua, Délégation départementale de la Santé publique.

🛑 At the age of 3, #Simone_Biles and her infant sister were placed in foster care when their biological mother, Sharon, was unable to take care of them due to her drug and alcohol addiction. Simone opened up about her upbringing and how the experience affected her and Adria in her Facebook Watch series, Simone vs. Herself.
“I don’t remember a lot about foster care, but I definitely knew that we had been taken from our biological mom and then you just think you’re going to go back to her,” she said in an episode titled “Who Am I?”

Après avoir déposé votre TFE, TIR, MFE ou mémoire #infirmier , vous allez devoir préparer votre soutenance orale afin de valider cette unité d’enseignement. Les IDE qui ont intégré la méthodologie du mémoire écrit devront prendre de la distance et du recul face à ce qu’ils vont proposer à leur jury.
Dès lors, je vous invite à bien relire votre mémoire pour identifier les éléments à valoriser et à l’inverse les carences afin de les enrayer à l’oral. Le jury appréciera en effet votre capacité à reconnaitre les failles de votre TFE et la manière de les surmonter lors de cette #soutenance .

Sam Fan Thomas (born Samuel Thomas Ndonfeng, April 1952, Bafoussam, Cameroon) is a Cameroonian musician associated with Makossa. 🎧🎶 He began in the late 1960s and had his first hit with "Rikiatou". His "African Typic Collection" was an international hit in 1984 and is perhaps his best known work. Thomas began his career in the early 1970s as a guitarist in the Cameroonian band Tigres Noires. He stayed with that band until 1976, when he launched his solo career
He started his musical career in 1968 when he joined The Black Tigers, led by the blind musician, Andre Marie Tala. He stayed with Tala for eight years, recording several singles. The band also recorded in Paris and toured Senegal and other African countries. During this period Tala developed his own tchamassi rhythm, a modern music style based on Bamileke folklore. 🎤🎷
In 1976, his first solo LP was Funky New Bell, recorded in Benin on the Satel label. A second LP, on the same label, followed in 1977. On that album, he was supported by the Black Santiagos from Benin. His third release came in 1982 in Nigeria, with the hit song "Rikiatou", which established his reputation in Cameroon. In 1983, Thomas travelled to Paris to record Makassi. Makassi is the name of Thomas' own music style, a type of uptempo makossa blended with a touch of Andre Marie Tala's tchamassi and other bamileke influences. The album contained the hit song, "African Typic Collection". This song built around the melody of the Franco song, "Boma l'heure", and became an international dance floor hit, with sales across Africa, France and the West Indies, where it was also released as a 12-inch single. Makassi brought Thomas a golden disc in 1984 and was followed by his fifth album, Neng Makassi in 1985. The album retained the sophisticated production of Makassi, without matching his greatest hit. He started his musical career in 1968 when he joined The Black Tigers, led by the blind musician, Andre Marie Tala. He stayed with Tala for eight years, recording several singles. The band also recorded in Paris and toured Senegal and other African countries. During this period Tala developed his own tchamassi rhythm, a modern music style based on Bamileke folklore. 🎤🎷

En juillet 2019, l’Agence de régulation des télécommunications (ART) sanctionne #MTN , Orange et Nexttel, qui devront payer une amende globale de 3,5 milliards de francs CFA (environ 5,3 millions d’euros). Il leur est reproché des « manquements dans l’application de la réglementation sur l’identification des abonnés et des terminaux ».
Elle annonce le 28 février 2023 avoir traversé la barre des de 5 millions client sur son service mobile money.
Lors de la conférence du 6 mars 2023, MTN Cameroun dévoile avoir atteint les 2 millions d'abonnés sur son application de communication #Ayoba .

Pour la petite histoire , Ma bien aimée Fleur Tamo ❤️ que j'appelle affectueusement Ma Commissaire entre dans ma vie en janvier 2021. Elle fait ses débuts dans mon cercle renfermé en tant que membre de mon équipe secrète FDF ( Force De Frappe ) une équipe constituée de 10 supers fans à moi consacré exclusivement sur les activités autour de ma carrière professionnelle de Mannequin Model photo. ( Elle existe toujours cette équipe ) .
Plus tard ma Commissaire se distingue en devenant mon assistante personnelle. C'est à dire celle là qui s'occupe de ma remise en beauté et qui se rassure que je ne manque de rien pendant mes séances photos professionnelles ou pendant mes sorties professionnelle de grande importance.
À ***** re de rappel : À ce moment j'étais au sommet de mon art. Mon ancienne page de plus de 145.000 abonnés se portait encore très bien. Tous les blogueurs qui me snobe aujourd'hui communiquaient à fond sur moi. J'étais en négociation avec plusieurs grandes entreprises qui me voulaient pour des contrats publicitaire ou pour des placements de produits. J'avais déjà fait plusieurs plateaux télé et radio. J'avais déjà également signé plusieurs contrats publicitaire.

Au fil des semaines et mois nos liens se renforcent. Elle me captive par son dévouement à me voir évoluer dans le Mannequinat. Elle était toujours disponible pour mes activités professionnelles et même au sujet de ma vie personnelle. Elle s'inquiétait beaucoup pour moi: « Est-ce que tu as mangé ? Qu'est ce que tu as mangé ? Tu dors trop tard ! Tu as besoin de repos, as-tu fais sport aujourd'hui ? Si tu as besoin de quelque chose je suis là »
C'est ainsi que je commence vraiment à prêter attention à elle. C'est ainsi que je constate qu'elle a des jolies lèvres pulpeuses😍🫦👄💋 C'est ainsi que je commence à avoir un penchant pour elle. Mais je ne vais jamais le lui avouer. Je suis un Homme très difficile à exprimer mes sentiments en 1er. C'est un caractère que se forge tous les Mâles Alphas niveau suprême , celà peut importe l'attirance que je peux ressentir pour cette femme. J'ai travaillé très dur depuis 2010 pour implémenter ce caractère dans ma vie de Mâles Alpha.... Ceci est lié à mon passés très sombre et difficile. Si je viens à exprimer mes sentiments à une femme comme je le fais actuellement et bien c'est que j'ai déjà la certitude qu'elle le mérite.

Je vais laisser les choses se faire naturellement entre nous jusqu'au jour où elle finit dans mes bras. Notre première fois était plutôt timide. En fait j'avais pas la tête à ça. Mais notre 2eme fois quant elle, était plutôt volcanique et Magique 💦🔥😍
Quelques mois plus tard on aménage ensemble dans la même maison. On va vivre 2 ans / 6 mois dans la même maison. D'un commun accord elle va continuer d'être mon assistante personnelle en publique et ma chérie en privé. Je vais d'ailleurs la présenter à ma fidèle communauté sur les réseaux sociaux comme mon assistante personnelle ce qui à l'époque avait beaucoup secoué la toile. Car beaucoup nous trouvait un peu trop proche pour une assistante et son patron lool 😂
En fin d'année 2021 je vais faire une descente aux en!fers, mon ancienne page se retrouve res!treinte à 98% autrement dit elle ne sert pratiquement plus à rien. Je décide donc de la supprimer moi même pour recommencer à zéro. Un choix difficile mais ça vallait la peine. Et oui c'est moi même qui la supprime. J'ai perdu plusieurs potentiels contrats dont j'étais encore négociation , qui voulaient de mon audience digitale étant donné que plusieurs directeurs Marketing au Cameroun s'intéressent plus au nombre d'abonnés plutôt qu'à l'image du mannequin elle même ( une thématique que je critique toujours )
Bref toute l'année 2022 aura été une année très difficile de mon côté malgré que je ne le laissait pas transparaître sur la toile.
Comme beaucoup de couples a ce stade de la relation ( 2 ans dans la même maison ) il y a beaucoup de problèmes qui s'installent. Les masques tombent, on se découvre d'avantage. Mais malgré ça on est resté soudé. Malgré les difficultés financières, malgré les tensions.
Je mens si je dis que ça a toujours été rose entre nous. On a appris à se supporter. On a appris à faire certains compromis pour les intérêts de notre couple. On s'est séparé plusieurs fois ( de courte durée ) On s'est réconcilié plusieurs fois.
Le 10 juin 2023 elle fait de moi l'homme le plus heureux de la planète en accouchant notre Fils Jayson Crush ❤️ Me permettant ainsi d'être papa pour la toute 1ere fois de ma vie et elle pour 4 ème fois de sa vie. Et oui Jayson Crush a deux grands frères et une grande sœur que sa mère a eu dans son ancien mariage officiel.
Aujourd'hui plus que jamais je suis fier d'avoir connu cette femme. Je suis heureux de partager ma vie avec elle.
Et justement puisque que je parles de toi à l'instant, Mon amour #Fleur_Tamo laisse moi te faire goûter à ma plume love 👇🏼
« Le jour se lève, j'penses à toi. Au couché du soleil, j'ne rêve que de toi. Ma vie un goût amer quand t'es pas là. Aimer prend tout son sens quand t'es dans mes bras. À la vie à la mort, t'es mon idéale. Avec toi je me sens plus fort normal T'es mon plat de céréale.....Oui t'as ce truc de spécial qui te rend admirable. 🟥 Problem between the artists #Gasha and #Eddykenzo .🚨
After I texted Eddy Kenzo telling him to give GASHA her royalties on her song #chill , his team reach out to me on WhatsApp and this is what they got to say 👇
"It was around 2014 or 2015(the prime times of Sitya Loss) when Eddy Kenzo met a young and talented Cameroonian lady called Gasha, her team approached him and requested that they should do a song which was agreed upon. However he was in dallas where he had to fly from to Washington for the recording, we extended his stay and the $1k her and the team paid that we hear in the accusations was for the extension of his flight because his return back home was due (he definitely had to push his stay for a sister), obviously there’s no agreement that involves money that can go undocumented, the 1k was to pay for the extension of Eddy Kenzo’s stay and for your information Eddy Kenzo’s brand was never worth 1k. Long story short, they hit the studio, vibes were high and a song called chill was created. Everyone wrote their lyrics and joined the knowledge to make sure we put out something nice that can help boost Gasha’s career.
In 2015 our team and our manager who doubles as a videographer, flew to Cameroon(at our own cost) to shoot the Chill video which was shot and directed by our manager(Martin Beta) and Chuzzi Dadido of Cameroon it was all good vibes and later that evening as we were all vibing to the song at Gasha’s home we talked about how the song will be released and it was agreed that since Eddy Kenzo has a big fanbase(numbers) this song should be released on his channel on 25th feb, 2015 and later on then coming album called Zero To Hero(which was released on 1st march, 2016) a year after she had distributed on her other streaming platforms(her release date is 3rd March 2015), we did so with one heart all in the name of helping a sister.
We had a great evening as a family and we called it a night. On our return to Uganda our manager went back with the footage we had shot and edited the video(it was all for brotherhood he wasn’t paid) we made sure it was the right video of that time and released it as agreed.
We thank God that it actually made an impact in Gasha’s career as it was the motive of the song.
It is so sad this was a verbal agreement and today it looks like her word against ours , it is now that we wish we had a written agreement.
We have been following accusations for the past 1 year and kept quiet because we thought our sister knows the truth and that all will be well and there was no need for any exchange of words, but it seems we were wrong.
However, this is all we have to say about this project and we maintain our position that we ain’t gonna exchange any words with a sister over a project that came to life with the aim of boosting a career. And we shall not fall for any blackmails attached to the accusations.

Ancien cadre supérieur chez Microsoft : Il a travaillé pendant près de 10 ans au siège de Microsoft à Redmond, où il a occupé des postes de responsabilité importants.
M. Bonjawo est l'un des pionniers de la télémédecine 🧬 et de du télé-enseignement en Afrique. Il a notamment fondé Genesis Telecare, une entreprise qui fournit des services de télémédecine aux populations rurales du Cameroun.
Il a également participé à la création de l’Université virtuelle africaine, dont il fût le premier président.
📖🖋Auteur prolifique : il a publié plusieurs ouvrages sur l'application des TIC au développement durable en Afrique, dont "Internet, une Chance pour l'Afrique", "Mes Années dans la Silicon Valley" et "Intelligence artificielle - Une vision pour l'Afrique".

ENOW NGACHU : A GOOD COACH SIDELINED FROM THE SPOTLIGHT 💥
Enow NGACHU was the head coach of the Cameroon women's national team at the 2012 Summer Olympics and 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup, where Cameroon got to the round of 16 (for the first time ever)
Cameroon had a blistering path at the World Cup group stage; beating Ecuador 6-0 and outmatching Switzerland 2-1.
In 2017, he was appointed general manager of ANAFOOT. This appointment came at the team when the Indomitable Lionesses were at their prime. Obliquely, his coaching career was deviated with the bait of an office job.
Since Enow NGACHU was unseated as Women's national in team coach, the team has been unable to gain its poise.
