👨🏾‍🔬 #santé : En septembre 2025, une étude du Centre Pasteur et de l’Université de Yaoundé I révèle qu’un tiers des boissons vendues au marché Mokolo, à Yaoundé, dépasse les normes européennes de méthanol.

🥃Les spiritueux, notamment certains whiskys, atteignent des taux huit fois supérieurs aux seuils fixés, tandis que de nombreux vins et boissons traditionnelles présentent aussi des dépassements selon les standards nigérians.

📈 Le rapport dénonce un étiquetage trompeur, l’absence de traçabilité et surtout le vide réglementaire au Cameroun, qui ne dispose d’aucune norme nationale. Les chercheurs alertent sur un risque de crise sanitaire silencieuse et durable. Ils appellent à un alignement urgent sur les standards internationaux.

Jordan Chiles thought she had missed out on the medal stand in the women's gymnastics floor routine final. She was in 5th place after the scoring was revealed.

But her coaches submitted an appeal to the judges. A leap called a Gogean was not originally credited by the judges. After the Team USA coaches submitted the inquiry, Chiles was awarded an extra tenth of a point on her routine for having completed the leap.

That extra tenth of a point moved her from 5th to 3rd in the standings, and earned her a bronze medal, leading to a rush of emotion from Chiles, who joined her teammate Simone Biles on the medal stand.

Elle rêve dans son enfance d’une carrière artistique en tant que chanteuse. Finalement, elle s'intéressera au monde du théâtre. En 2002, elle abandonne ainsi ses études et participe durant deux années à des ateliers de théâtre à la Maison des Jeunes et de la Culture de Douala, dirigée par Théodore Kayesse. • Débuts de carrière

En 2002, elle entame sa carrière par le théâtre et pendant une dizaine d'années, elle incarne différents rôles dans plusieurs pièces de théâtre[4]. Elle participe à de nombreux festivals en Afrique centrale et Afrique de l’Ouest en tant que comédienne. Elle remporte notamment le Grand prix des Scènes nationales d’ébènes d’Afrique Centrale en 2007. En 2011, elle joue les œuvres de Goethe : Iphigénie en Tauride mise en scène par Edouard Elvis Bvouma en 2011 et Faust mise en scène par Martin Ambara en 2012. La même année, elle participe aussi à la création de Mistérioso – 119 de Koffi Kwahulé, mis en scène par Soleima Arabi .
Mais Charlotte Ntamack est également conteuse. Elle participe à la deuxième édition d’Écritures d’Afrique en 2007 au théâtre du Vieux Colombier à Paris. Elle est aussi l’auteure de Kira, une pièce mise en scène par Martin Ambara en 2009. Elle participe en outre, en 2011, à la création du spectacle Il avait plu sur la rose de Nicaise Wegang mise en scène par Serges Fouha[6]. En 2013, elle est lauréate du programme Visa pour la création de l’Institut Français.

• La comédie

Elle se lance dans l’humour en 2010. Elle s'oriente d'abord vers le stand-up version télévision[8]. Elle est, en 2016, aux côtés de Michel Gohou, Digbeu Cravate et Mamane, dans l’émission « Le Parlement du Rire » diffusée sur la chaîne Canal+ Afrique. La même année, elle joue dans Pour le mal, une comédie satirique de 13 minutes réalisée par la Camerounaise Hélène Ebah. Elle réalise aussi Don’t cry, stand up !, son premier One Woman Show mis en scène par Edouard Elvis Bvouma. Elle se produit en Afrique mais également sur d'autres continents. Elle est ensuite repérée par des programmateurs Européens, Sud-Américains et Antillais lors de sa participation au Marché des arts du spectacle d’Abidjan en 2018. La même année, elle se produit sur scène avec son spectacle Je suis Charlotte. Elle devient chroniqueuse en 2019 sur Radio France Internationale où elle développe à travers sa chronique La parlotte de Charlotte l'univers de la société en Afrique avec une vue sur l'Afrique. En 2020, elle réalise Ça gâte ça gâte, mis en scène par Edouard Elvis Bvouma et réalisé pour sa participation au MASA 2020. Le spectacle est une adaptation de ses deux précédentes créations : Don’t cry, stand up ! et Je suis Charlotte.

The #Foumban Palace is one of the most visited places here is why the Foumban prestigious cultural palace outstands as one of the best palaces in Cameroon when it comes to cultural tourism in the country.
The palace still has in place its preserved values, and cultural dignity till date. Most tourist do travel to Cameroon just to visit the Foumban palace. The palace is located about 200kilomatres from the capital city of the west region, Bafoussam. Different types of crafts could be found in this palace. The entrance of the palace has been beautified with beautiful statuses of different animals such as elephants, tigers, lions, etc. These statuses represent the history of the people of Foumban. Many other crafts could be found in the palace Meseum, it is such an amazing place to visit, they have got almost everything relating to the culture of their people in this Meseum (CRTV 2010.)

The Foumban palace has a long history of welcoming tourists, due to its generational regards the indigenes have for their culture and craft. The sultan of Foumban, his Royal Majesty Njoya, has always been making it a culture for his subjects to always have an annual cultural festival where their cultural values could be show-cased. This in return attracts more and more tourists all over the world. The Foumban palace arena has one of the most beautiful museums in Cameroon. In this museum one will find beautiful crafts and very old statuses that have been for generations. According to the prince of Foumban on a recent interview on the national television, he made it known that, a people without their ancestral and cultural values really cannot say they have a culture, reason why they have been protecting theirs for generation after generation. He added, he is perhaps the 4th generation prince of the Foumban palace, but the statuses of his forefathers could still be found in the palace, whereas that of other palaces have been sold to researchers (Njoya 2020.)

Before his death, he called his brother in the US to give instructions on how to distribute his wealth in case anything happened to him. He also reached out to his young daughter from a previous relationship, reassuring her that he would always be there for her. His loved ones are devastated and struggling to understand why he took his own life. Imudia hailed from Ika South local government area of Delta State.

Notre but est de vous mettre dans de bonnes conditions de compétition. Il faut aussi savoir que ce ne sont que quelques athlètes qui ont subi des préjudices, pas tous. Cameroun- Union Européenne: Un nouvel instrument de la Team Europe pour accompagner l’Entrepreneuriat Jeunes.
La « Team Europe Initiative Investing in Young Business in Africa », fenêtre-Cameroun, a été lancée ce mercredi 21 février 2024 à Yaoundé, en marge des activités de la « Cameroon-European Union Business Week ». C’était au cours d’une cérémonie présidée par le Ministre de l’Economie, de la Planification et de l’Aménagement du Territoire, Alamine OUSMANE MEY et le Directeur Général Hors Echelle et Conseiller à la Direction Générale des partenariats internationaux de la Commission Européenne, Henrik Hololei, en présence du Ministre camerounais des PME, du Chef de Délégation de l’UE au Cameroun, des Ambassadeurs de France et d’Allemagne au Cameroun, ainsi que de plusieurs jeunes porteurs de projets d’entreprises.

L’Afrique est un continent d’opportunités, avec une population constituée en majorité de jeunes. Malheureusement, ceux-ci font face aux problèmes de chômage et de sous-emploi. C’est dans le but d’enrayer ces problèmes que la Team Europe vient de mettre en place une nouvelle initiative dénommée « Team Europe Initiative Investing in Young Business in Africa ». Son architecture a été présentée lors de la cérémonie de lancement officiel. Pour Henrik Hololei, cette initiative qui s’inscrit en droite ligne de l’engagement de l’UE à l’endroit des pays africains, vise à investir dans les jeunes entreprises portées par les jeunes en Afrique. « Elle devra s’appuyer sur d’autres initiatives similaires en cours, menées avec des résultats forts éloquents sur le territoire camerounais par certains pays membres de l’UE dont la France », a indiqué l’Ambassadeur de France au Cameroun, Thierry Marchand.

« La nouvelle initiative arrive à point nommé et marque un jalon supplémentaire indispensable au développement de l’écosystème entrepreneurial national », a souligné le Ministre camerounais des PME, Achille Bassileken III pour qui, les solutions apportées par la « Team Europe Initiative Investing in Young Business in Africa », sont en phase avec les orientations de la SND30. En effet, la Stratégie Nationale de Développement 2020-2030, place le secteur privé au cœur de la transformation structurelle de l’économie nationale. Dans cette dynamique, la jeunesse, qui représente près de 70% de la population camerounaise, est au centre des attentions des pouvoirs publics. Le nouvel instrument offre ainsi à la jeunesse camerounaise, l’assistance technique dont elle a besoin en termes d’encadrement, de préparation et d’élaboration des documents de projets (business plan) ; l’assistance financière à travers des dons en phase de démarrage des activités et un accompagnement vers des financements commerciaux plus tard. Selon le Ministre de l’Economie, « cette initiative donne aux jeunes hommes et femmes, qui ont des initiatives dans les différents secteurs d’activités prioritaires pour le développement de notre pays, la possibilité de s’adresser à ce guichet qui se veut ouvert, avec pour ce qui est du Cameroun, des orientations stratégiques fortes : digital, agro-industrie, services, infrastructures ». Le #Minepat a ainsi invité les jeunes camerounais désireux de participer au développement de leur pays, à saisir les opportunités qu’offre ce nouvel instrument.
Il faut souligner qu’au terme de cette cérémonie de lancement de la TEI-IYBA, Alamine OUSMANE MEY, qu’accompagnait la délégation de l’UE, a effectué une visite guidée de plusieurs stands présents à Promote. Cette visite a permis aux personnalités non seulement d’apprécier le génie des jeunes camerounais tant locaux que de la diaspora en matière d’accompagnement de la politique d’import-substitution, mais aussi d’être édifiées sur les difficultés auxquelles ceux-ci font face dans la conduite de leurs activités.
